Data request

Last updated:

You can access, erase or object to the processing of your data. Because My City, My Empire has no account and no server, most of it can be done directly on your device, in a few seconds.

What we hold about you

Nothing from the game. LE2M Holding has no account database, no user identifier and no analytics. Your game, including the first name or nickname you typed, exists only on your device. The only personal data we may hold is the emails you choose to send us.

1. Erase the data stored on your device

  • In the game: Settings > Restart the game erases your game, including your first name, avatar and remaining gems.
  • Or uninstall the app: this removes all the game's local data.

2. Withdraw your advertising consent

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, open Settings > Privacy choices in the game to reopen Google's consent form and change or withdraw your consent.

3. Reset or remove your advertising identifier

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Turn off tracking for My City, My Empire, or turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" for all apps. The advertising identifier is then no longer shared with the app.
  • Android: Settings > Privacy (or Google) > Ads. Choose "Reset advertising ID" to get a new identifier or "Delete advertising ID" to remove it.

4. Data processed by Google (AdMob)

Ads in the game are served by Google AdMob, which may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information and ad interaction data. To review your ad settings or exercise your rights with Google:

5. Write to us
